Appointments

Advanced planning is a concept that our office encourages, especially in this age of increased business and travel commitments. Appointments are encouraged to be scheduled in advance in order to reserve a time that is best for you. We encourage you to have your dental treatment performed in the most efficient and comfortable manner.

In order to avoid scheduling difficulties and potential impact on other patients, we appreciate you giving us as much advanced notice as possible if you need to make any change to your scheduled appointment.

We confirm all appointments – mainly by SMS reminder, so all you have to do is to reply to an SMS to confirm you are coming to the appointed time.

Rescheduling Policy

We would like to ask that at least 24-48 hours notice is given when rescheduling. When the appointment cannot be reasonably filled on time, we may charge for our time in the way of a cancellation fee.

Deposit for surgical procedures

Due to the limited time available for our visiting surgeons as well as the set-up costs of surgeries (opened scalpels, sterilization drape kits etc), we take a non-refundable deposit for securing your dental surgeries, this deposit will be used to pay for the procedure completed.

Procedures which often require deposits include:
Dental Implant Placements
Gum or Bone Grafting Procedures
Sinus Lift procedures
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Botulinum toxin procedures (these have an extremely short shelf life, and are ordered on a case by case basis)
